1) Bioinformatics: The Bioinformatics Resource currently offers the following services:

  • Assistance with and support of existing software provided by the Bioinformatics Core.
  • Consultation on DNA/protein sequence, microarray, sequencing, pathway analysis etc.
  • Collaborative work on bioinformatics projects.

2) Biostatistics: This resource specializes in statistical and computational analysis of various types of biological and biomedical data, such as gene expression, genotyping, next generation sequencing, and many others. Staff members within this unit have many years of experience in data analysis, methodology development, and service to the research community. They also contribute to the research design, and grant and manuscript preparations.

3) High Throughput Computing: Resource Center's research helps to meet the growing need to analyze and interpret the enormous amounts of data that result from several break-through technologies including microarray analysis of gene expression, single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotyping and high throughput sequencing.
